The Bermuda Olympic Association is affiliated to, and recognised by,
The International Olympic Committee
The Pan American Sports Organisation
The Commonwealth Games Federation
The Central American and Caribbean Sports Organisation
and any other recognized international amateur sports federation or body sponsoring international games or sports festivals.

It is responsible for selecting and entering persons to represent Bermuda at competitions held under the jurisdiction or auspices of these organizations (such selections made primarily from recommendations of national federations) and in making further recommendations for selection where deemed appropriate.

The main officials for the Games are Chef de Mission and Sport Team Managers
